Taken at Johnie's Coffee Shop & Restaurant in L.A. on Sept 22nd, 1999 as the 'Slim Shady LP' had just dropped and as a 27 yrs old Marshall Mathers was about to explode. Steve said: "After the shoot I was aksed to join Em back at Record Plant Studios, where to my amazement, he was working with samples from Dido's 'Thank You'. What we now know but I didn't then, was that he'd begun work on his masterpice 'Stan'. Needless to say, an outrageously good day at the office for me!" Prints from the 'Stan' session are also available on this site.
